Elizabeth A. Protzman is an award-winning executive leader, real estate development professional, and nonprofit strategist known for driving large-scale operational growth, building high-performing teams, and advancing mission-driven initiatives that create measurable community impact. She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across business operations, housing development, nonprofit management, and public-facing advocacy.

In the business and non profit sector, Protzman has held senior leadership and consulting roles focused on operations, marketing, and growth strategy. Her experience includes overseeing teams in regional management roles, leading business development initiatives, and advising organizations on branding, public relations, systems design, and revenue generation. She has successfully executed high-impact marketing and partnership campaigns, positioning organizations for visibility, expansion, and long-term sustainability.

Her collaborative work spans partnerships with major institutions, organizations, and brands, including the Yale School of Medicine, Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, iHeart Media, NBC Connecticut, Fox 61, WFSB Channel 3, Hearst Media, Maserati, Raymour and Flanigan, Apple, New England Fashion Week, BMW Monaco, Anytime Fitness, Crossfit, Dîner en Blanc, and many notable others. Through these collaborations, she has amplified mission-driven work, built strategic alliances, and elevated both nonprofit and business initiatives across diverse audiences.

A dedicated civic leader, Protzman has an extensive record of volunteerism and community engagement. She has served as President of the Junior League of Greater New Haven, leading a million-dollar nonprofit organization focused on training women leaders and advancing community impact. Her volunteer work also includes involvement with Rotary International, Love146, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), food security initiatives, and multiple community-based programs supporting women, children, and families. She is deeply committed to supporting veterans, children, and trauma survivors, a passion that informs both her professional work and personal mission.

Her advocacy extends into public policy and lived experience. As a survivor of a life-altering boating accident, she testified before the Connecticut State Legislature to support changes to boating safety laws, demonstrating her ability to translate personal experience into systemic impact. Her journey through motherhood further shapes her compassionate, resilient leadership style and her commitment to creating safer, stronger communities.

Protzman’s work has been widely recognized through numerous honors and awards, including the In-League service award through the Junior League, Sunspot Innovation Award from the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, the inaugural Rebekah Lyas Award from Winning Ways Inc, recognition in the People of the Heart of Connecticut feature, the Women Who Inspire Us International Women’s Day Exhibit, Who’s Who In America, verified Influential Women of 2026, and inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives. Her growing body of media and public recognition reflects both her professional excellence and her influence as a community leader.
